Comments are a great way to share details that arise throughout the workday. Discuss when and where your drivers should look for these details, and use the tips in this article to ensure they never miss an update.

Ensure Notifications are Enabled

When a Comment is added to a Ticket on the day of service, a notification will appear on the driver's mobile device, provided their notification settings are enabled. Since comments are Ticket-specific, this feature is useful for notes related to a particular Ticket.

Flagging

Are you currently using the Flag feature? If not, you could Flag Tickets with Comments to alert drivers there is a comment they should pay attention to. Since comments are Ticket-specific, this feature is useful for notes related to a particular Ticket.

Job Notes

This field displays when they open a Ticket. It can be added when creating or editing a Job and will appear on all Tickets under that specific Job.

Address Details

This field displays when looking at their Ticket list for the day. It can be added when creating or editing a Job and will appear on all Tickets under that specific Job.
