Once a driver is deactivated, their Tickets no longer appear on the Dispatch map. However, all Drivers, regardless of their active status, appear on the Tickets report.
How to Access Deactivated Drivers’ Tickets on the Tickets page
If you ever need to find Tickets associated with a deactivated user or specific group of Tickets, you can filter the Tickets report by their name and other criteria.
Use the Export feature to send the report to your email address.
