Associated Sites are Sites that you can add to a Ticket so your driver sees them on the Ticket and knows that is their next stop. It’s also helpful when tracking additional site costs, weights, and weight materials.

Add Associated Sites from the Dispatch Page

  1. Click Dispatch

  2. Click the Drop pin icon on the Ticket you want to add an Associated Site to

  3. Select an Associated Site

  4. Click Add

When a drop pin is green, it indicates the Ticket already has an Associated Site.

The Associated Site(s) can be found within a ticket and is visible to drivers on the Dispatcher.com Mobile App. Be sure to direct them to this new process so they don’t overlook the information.

Add Associated Sites from the Ticket Details Page

  1. Click Tickets

  2. Search for the appropriate Ticket

  3. Click the Ticket ID

  4. Scroll down to Associated Sites box

  5. Click to Select a Site

  6. Click Add

This will add the Associated Site to the driver’s ticket view.

Remove Associated Site: If you need to remove an Associated Site, click the X button next to the appropriate Site.

Add Site Disposal Costs

Add your costs and view them throughout Dispatcher to help you and your administrators make the most informed decisions.

  1. Click Settings

  2. Click Sites

  3. Click Site Name

  4. Click Edit Site

  5. Add Site Disposal Cost (per ton)

  6. Click Save Site+

Add Additional Associate Site Costs

This feature helps you track weight, materials, and additional costs for each site.

Since sites often have expenses beyond the cost per ton, use this feature for more accurate reporting. When you Export Tickets, an additional link will include these costs, giving you better insight and helping you make smarter financial decisions.

  1. When adding an Associated Site, click Add Site Cost

  • Total Cost: additional costs associated with a site

  • Note: Use the Note section to provide context and details for each cost
