Customized Email Domains

Custom domains are more popular than ever. Instead of seeing "@gmail.com" or "@yahoo.com," you'll see domains like "@contractor.com" or "@admin.services." No matter what your customers use, our system now supports email addresses with custom domains—giving you more flexibility and making it easier to save and send emails to any address.

Updates Notes Format

Account Notes, Admin Notes, Job Notes, and Invoice Messages now retain their text styling before you click Save, making them easier to read and edit on the fly. This update allows you to save well-formatted notes, apply unique styling—such as bold or italics—and add links.

Ability to Void Invoices

Accidentally created an invoice? No problem! You can now void invoices to keep reporting clean and accurate. Learn more about this feature by reading our, "How to Void an Invoice" article.

Track Sent Invoices

Know exactly when an invoice was sent, making it easier to follow up on overdue payments. View exactly when the invoice was Last Sent On and Last Sent To when viewing an Invoice details or when viewing the Invoices list.

Export the Invoice List

Similar to our Tickets, Accounts, and Assets Export function, you can now Export your Invoices list. Filter the report to see open invoices, total revenue for a specific period, and outstanding balances. This is just the first step toward our upcoming reporting dashboard!
