How to Create a Service Agreement

This article walks through the steps of creating and editing Service Agreements.

Store Service Agreements and documents at the Account level to stay organized and keep all relevant Account notes in one place. Service Agreements can be PDFs, documents, images, or a link to an agreement in another platform.

How to Create a Service Agreement

  1. Click Accounts

  2. Search for the appropriate Account

  3. Click Account Name

  4. Click Create New Agreement

  5. Enter Service Agreement Start Date and End Date (optional)

  6. Select Upload Document or Document Link and follow steps accordingly

  7. Click Save Agreement

💡Dispatcher Tip: From the Accounts page, click the Details dropdown arrow to quickly Create New Service Agreement without the extra clicks of going into an Account’s details page.

How to Edit a Service Agreement

If edits are needed to Service Dates or the Agreement, follow the steps below:

  1. Click Accounts

  2. Search for the appropriate Account

  3. Click Account Name

  4. Click Service Agreement Id or the information icon

  5. Click Edit Agreement

  6. Edit the Start Date or End Date by clicking on the dates

  7. Click the X to delete the old agreement and then follow the steps to Upload Document or add a Document Link

  8. Click Save Changes
