"Server error" Error

One of the most common Dispatcher errors is a server error message at login, which typically indicates an incorrect password.

  1. Click Forgot Password on the login page

  2. Enter the associated email address

  3. Follow the reset instructions sent to email inbox

If the email address is invalid or not tied to a legitimate inbox, reach out to Dispatcher support at support@dispatcher.com or 855-757-6400 and we can reset it for you.

To assure the username is correct, navigate to Settings > Company Team. The email address associated with the user's profile serves as their login username.

"Something went wrong. Please refresh and try again" Error

When deactivating a user, an error message will appear if there are active Tickets assigned to their profile. To resolve this,

  1. Click Tickets in the main menu

  2. Use the filter options and select appropriate Driver Name

  3. Select "All Active" under Status

  4. Click Search

  5. Complete the Tickets, or use Bulk Actions to reassign them to another team member or mark them Unassigned

Once active Tickets are completed or, you can successfully deactivate the account.
